About the Roles

You’ll work alongside individuals, families, and communities to provide practical support, advocacy, and case management services while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders. Opportunities to focus in on the type of role you love!

What We’re Looking For

- Qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, Human Services, Counselling, or a related field
- AASW eligibility or membership (where applicable)
- Experience in case management, counselling, youth services, or community-based support
- Regional or remote experience highly regarded

About You:

- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current driver's licence
- Strong communication, advocacy, and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals, families, and communities
