As a Client Liaison Administrator in our taxation, superannuation and accounting business, your impact will be seen by supporting multiple Directors with their client engagements.

Building strong relationships with clients:

- Building strong relationships with client delivery teams;
- Harness you organiser skills to effectively manage the firm’s client engagement workflow and scheduling;
- Embracing new technologies and work practice improvement initiatives;
- Assistance with team functions and marketing events.

We currently are in the market for an experienced Client Services Co-ordinator to provide high level administrative support to the qualified accounting staff and to act as a liaison between professional accounting staff and clients and the broader administrative team.

Duties & Responsibilities

In this role you will be liaising directly with staff and our clients to streamline our lodgement processes in its entirety. Duties will include:

- Client work and lodgement scheduling
- Liaising with the ATO
- Managing client ASIC obligations and corporate secretarial matters
- Onboarding clients
- Collation of financial packagesSet up of new companies
- Maintaining and updating client databases

Skills & Knowledge

- Your MUST have public practice experience, ideally within a Taxation service
- Have at least 2 years experience
- Strong client service and liaison skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational ability and high attention to detail
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experiencing liaising with ASIC and the ATO
- Must have prior experience in a similar client liaison role within a professional services firm, e.g. accounting or financial.
