Structural Concepts Australia (SCA) is a multi-faceted Commercial Construction Company specialising in Commercial New Builds, Major Renovations, Fit Out and Refurbishments. SCA also has dedicated in-house Joinery Manufacturing, Metalwork Fabrication, Civil and Excavation serveries as well as a Transport and Logistics Division.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in a full time position at SCA.

About the Role

- Manage the delivery of commercial projects from contract award through to handover and completion
- Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors and other trades
- Quality management and continuous improvement practices and processes
- Generate and drive construction timeline program
- Oversee contract administration staff
- Review and process contractor claims and variations
- Review and process head contract claims
- Responsible for the project’s occupational health and safety,



environmental and quality requirements
- Protect the profit margin by finding efficiencies during the building process

About You

- More than 5 years’ experience in a Project Management position, within commercial construction
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, plan and organise with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- Driven by consistent results/KPI’s, delivering projects on time and on budget

Requirements

- Construction White Card
- Drivers Licence

Desirable Attributes

- Multi Storey experience
- Knowledge of risk management procedures
- Experience using Buildlogic
