Outstanding Southern Bank is looking for a Senior Recoveries Officer based in Brisbane to lead debt recovery for impaired and high‑risk retail accounts. You will develop remediation strategies to minimise losses and ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
You will regularly contact customers, negotiate solutions in line with policy, assess Financial Assistance requests, and collaborate with solicitors, auctioneers, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders across the business.
