The Child Health Manager provides senior clinical and operational leadership for BRAMS’ Child Health Services, ensuring all services are delivered in alignment with theBRAMS Model of CareandQuality Care Framework, which place culture, community, family and holistic wellbeing at the centre of service delivery and ensure care is safe, accountable, integrated and continuously improving.

The role is accountable for service quality, safety, performance, workforce management, program development, funding compliance and continuous improvement across all Child Health programs.

The position ensures that child and family health services are culturally protected, clinically effective, accessible, integrated and responsive to community needs, and that service delivery reflects BRAMS’ commitment to community-led, person-centred care.
