We're Hiring: TMI and Traffic Controllers!
As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic while contributing to major infrastructure projects that make a difference. We offer the chance to work alongside industry leaders committed to raising the standard of traffic management and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic for works and events using Stop/Slow Bat
- Implement and monitor traffic management plans
- Perform vehicle pre-start checks, load/unload signage, and equipment
- Complete necessary documentation and hazard assessments
- Report hazards and near misses promptly
- Maintain safety standards for workers, pedestrians, cyclists, and the public
- Work closely with team leaders, foremen,
and auditors to ensure best practices are followed
Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills with a focus on safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
