We're seeking a proactive Transport Officer to join a well-established WA business with a loyal customer base and a supportive team. You'll play a key role in coordinating transport operations, ensuring deliveries run smoothly, and providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate daily transport schedules and assist with fleet planningProcess transport documentation, delivery dockets and driver recordsManage inventory and stock administrationLiaise with customers, drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth operationsMaintain accurate records and support compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

Previous administration experience within transport, logistics or a similar industryOutstanding organisation,



accuracy and time management skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong problem-solving ability and a proactive approachExperience scheduling transport or coordinating deliveries is highly regarded
