Rare Cancers Australia is seeking a committed Cancer Patient Support Specialist (Specialist Cancer Navigator) to provide empathetic guidance to individuals navigating rare cancer diagnoses, treatments and survivorship. You will assess needs, develop personalised care plans, and coordinate care with clinicians and support services.
You will work in a adaptable, supportive culture, with a 1-year fixed term and potential for extension, in a hybrid arrangement with some travel as needed.
