Belgravia Leisure is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer for our Woodford location in Queensland. You will act as the face of the centre, delivering exceptional service to existing members and visitors while guiding prospective members through the sign-up process and tours.

Key duties include handling enquiries, data entry, POS transactions, and maintaining knowledge of all centre services. Weekend availability is required, with a balance of mornings and evenings across shifts.
