About the role

Onsite Rental Group are seeking an enterprising Account Manager to join our Newcastle branch in Thornton, NSW. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing strong relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Sales & Business Development Manager for NSW, your main tasks will include:

- Pro-actively partner with customers to understand their operations & business needs to identify suitable equipment rental solutions & opportunities to add value
- Develop & maintain strong industry networks & relationships to support sales opportunities
- Assist in annual revenue & capital expenditure budgets & prepare both routine and ad hoc sales reports & forecasts
- Perform market research to identify new or enhanced sales opportunities using relevant market data
- Prepare quotes for hire & support tender submissions
- Communicate effectively with branch team to support sales activity & ensure exceptional customer service is delivered
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM system
