Sanctuary Cove Chempro Pharmacy is looking for a motivated and organised Retail Manager to join our friendly team.
Located in the heart of the beautiful Sanctuary Cove Village, we are a small, community-focused pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional service and healthcare to our local customers.

About the Role
As our Retail Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, working closely with our pharmacists and retail team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing retail stock ordering and inventory
- Building and maintaining relationships with pharmacy representatives
- Assisting with merchandising and promotional displays
- Supporting the pharmacist and team with the daily operation of the store
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Helping create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and staff
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, reliable and organised
- Passionate about customer service
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Confident communicating with suppliers and representatives
- Keen to learn and grow within the role
Essential:
- S2/S3 Certificate
- Previous pharmacy or retail pharmacy experience
Management experience is not required – we’re happy to support the right person who is ready to step into the role.
