Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Behaviour Support Partner to work with South East and Regional Queensland centres, delivering face-to-face, evidence-based coaching and professional learning to strengthen educator capability in responding to complex behaviours.
You will use the Behaviour Support Kit and other frameworks to drive sustained improvement, partnering with Centre Directors, Educational Leaders and Educators while maintaining a child-safe, inclusive workplace.
