Contract: Fixed-Term Contract to April 2027

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join a growing fashion and lifestyle business based on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

This is a pivotal dual-role position that combines office management with executive support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business while providing high-level assistance to the Founder. You'll be the backbone of the office, managing operations, systems, events and culture, while also coordinating schedules, travel and key business priorities.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in creating structure, efficiency and exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

- Foster a positive, collaborative and engaging workplace culture
- Manage office operations, procedures and administration
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory and purchasing
- Organise meetings, events, team functions and catering
- Support people and culture initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Act as the key liaison between staff, leadership and external suppliers
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and facility management
- Implement and improve systems, processes and workflows
- Manage and support key business platforms and operational systems
- Provide troubleshooting and administrative support across business‑critical systems
- Assist customer service and wider teams with operational support when required
- Coordinate internal events, sample sales and company activations
- Support partnership and stakeholder management initiatives
- Provide confidential, high‑level support to the Founder
- Manage complex calendars, appointments and meeting coordination




- Oversee inbox management and correspondence
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and itineraries
- Assist with personal appointments, travel and administrative requests
- Manage special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as required
- Support prioritisation of key business deadlines and commitments
- Ensure seamless day‑to‑day management of executive responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Experience supporting senior executives, founders or business leaders
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused and resourceful approach
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong administration and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and business systems
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Asana, ERP or inventory systems will be highly regarded
- The ability to work independently while building solid relationships across the business
