Torres Strait Island Regional Council (TSIRC) is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to lead the payroll function, ensuring accurate, on-time payments and compliance with legislative requirements. Reporting to the Finance team, you will drive internal controls and continuous improvement across payroll processes.

The role requires solid leadership, deep payroll knowledge, and the ability to manage complex payroll matters while delivering excellent service to staff across Council.
