VSV Services is a longstanding cleaning company servicing clients throughout Townsville to Cairns. We provide a wide range of commercial and industrial cleaning services. Our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted provider across North Queensland.

We are looking for 5 Commercial Cleaners to work across various commercial and industrial client sites throughout Townsville.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dust, clean and polish furniture, fittings, fixtures and other surfaces to ensure presentation and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Remove dust and dirt from ceiling, walls, corners and other building surfaces where required.
- Remove old floor polish or wax, apply fresh protective coatings, and buff floors to restore their appearance and durability.
- Collect and dispose of general waste and recyclable materials, and empty rubbish bins and waste containers as required.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms and associated fixtures, restock consumable supplies, and report any plumbing faults or maintenance issues.




- Operate commercial vacuum-cleaning equipment to clean floors, Carpets and other furniture and fixture.
- Sweep, mop and machine-scrub hard floors, ensuring surfaces are cleaned and maintained to workplace standards.
- Operate walk-behind floor scrubbers and other commercial cleaning equipment to clean and maintain hard floor surfaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals to remove stains, grease and stubborn dirt from various surfaces.
- Clean internal and external glass surfaces, windows, mirrors and glazed partitions to maintain a skilled appearance.
- Perform pressure washing of external surfaces, pathways and building surrounds where required.
- Inspect cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are achieved and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow Workplace health and safety.

Applicants must have:

- At least one years experience in similar role.
- Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver's licence is desirable.

A salary between $75,000 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
