About The Role And Where You Will Be Working

Villa Pelletier is a founding aged care home located in West Leederville, serving 40 residents. The facility features wide hallways and nurse call buttons in each bedroom and bathroom. As a Registered Nurse you will lead small clinical teams to deliver high‑standard, person‑centred care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To

- Supervise and direct the delivery of client‑focused care delivered by staff
- Assess the total health needs of clients and document results thoroughly
- Develop individual care plans in consultation with clients and significant others
- Comply with all relevant legislation and policies
- Uphold the organisation's values and principles in all areas of service delivery

About You

As a Registered Nurse you hold a valid AHPRA registration and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are detail‑oriented, able to work effectively both in a team and independently, and have a genuine desire to make a difference in residents' lives.

You’ll Need

- A valid AHPRA registration
- An understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care standards and Quality of Care principles
- Valuable knowledge of ANACC requirements
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
