Seeking organised and enthusiastic Automotive Parts Interpreters to join our team at Canning Vale Toyota!

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries, manage sales requests, and provide accurate quotations while delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Ensure daily orders are placed on time.
- Support inventory management operations through the timely ordering, receipt, and organisation of parts, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
- Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements.
- Accurately maintain records of parts transactions, invoices, and inventory levels.
- Possess and develop a solid understanding of automotive parts and accessories.
- Work closely with our experienced Parts team, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring

- Possess some technical/mechanical knowledge and ability.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Excellent computer skills.
- Sound knowledge of automotive parts and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Parts environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Be versatile and enjoy working in a team environment.
