Shifts are generally 4–6 hours, with opportunities for additional hours during busy periods. Team members may be required to remain onsite until all freight has been completed.
Dockhand Duties
- Unloading trailers and freight containers
- Sorting parcels and freight
- RF scanning freight and consignments
- Loading and staging freight for dispatch
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working efficiently within a fast-paced freight operation
LF Forklift Driver Duties
- Loading and unloading trucks using an LF forklift
- Loading linehaul and local delivery vehicles
- Moving and staging freight throughout the warehouse
- RF scanning and freight movements
- Assisting with general dock operations
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Current LF Forklift Licence (LF roles only)
- Previous warehouse, freight or transport experience
- Experience using RF scanners (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Positive attitude with a team-first approach
- Reliable transport is essential due to early morning starts
