We’re opening an Expression of Interest (EOI) for our mid-year intake of Junior Consultants, focused on building capability in software testing and quality engineering.
This is an entry point into consulting at KJR — designed for individuals who are early in their careers and ready to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced, client‑facing environment.
As a Junior Consultant, you will:
- Work on real client engagements alongside experienced consultants
- Build foundational skills in software testing, quality engineering, and delivery
- Gain exposure to contemporary tools, frameworks, and enterprise environments
- Learn how to operate in a consulting and stakeholder‑driven setting
- Be supported through structured learning and on‑the‑job development
What We’re Looking For

- Interest in technology, software testing, or IT delivery
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a team and adapt in client environments
- Relevant degree, certification, or project experience (preferred but not essential)
