Poundbakery is seeking a Shop Supervisor at our Southport site to manage day-to-day shop operations and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll train and motivate your team, ensure hygiene and food safety, and work closely with the Shop Manager.

A background in retail management is preferred, with a solid work ethic and hands-on attitude. Salary is competitive at £13.21 per hour for 39 hours per week.
