Senior Quality Advisor role, providing quality assurance and continuous improvement across major construction projects and programs. Logan region, site based role.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Quality Advisor to support the delivery of major construction projects across our Energy & Utilities Water business. In this role, you will provide quality leadership, drive compliance with quality standards, and partner with project teams to deliver successful project outcomes. Site based role with regular travel within Logan area.

Duties include

- Provide quality support across project planning, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Conduct audits, inspections and assurance activities to ensure compliance.
- Support Quality Management Plans, ITPs and project quality documentation.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance.
- Identify quality risks, non-conformances and improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality best practice across projects.

What we are looking for

- Experience in a Quality Advisor or similar role within construction, utilities, resources, mining or heavy industry.
- Exposure and experience with project planning, execution and delivery, continuous improvement and driving quality outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections and managing non-conformances.




- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Relevant trade, or tertiary qualification in Engineering/Construction or similar is desirable.
