Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, probation, attendance management, leave administration, and HR workflow approvals through internal systems.
- Prepare, issue, track, and maintain employment contracts and other HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper record management.
- Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook to support compliant and efficient HR operations.
- Coordinate probation and annual performance review processes, work with Team Leaders to collect KPI documentation, and support performance improvement initiatives where required.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on day‑to‑day HR enquiries,
providing guidance on company policies, leave, benefits, attendance, and HR procedures while promoting a positive employee experience.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and training, internal communications, and company culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace experience.
- Provide cross‑functional HR operational support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years' experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a similar HR role.
- Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and Australian HR practices.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and service‑oriented approach.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred due to frequent collaboration with our China headquarters and Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders.
