Live Free Health is seeking qualified Occupational Therapists to join their mobile home-based care team across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter regions. You’ll deliver OT services in home and community settings with flexible schedule and autonomy.
In this role you’ll support NDIS participants and aged care clients, conduct functional capacity assessments, and develop goal-driven therapy plans. AHPRA registration and a valid driver’s license are required.
