Agrifutures is establishing a Western Australian production facility and seeks a hands-on Human Resources Adviser to support its launch and growth. This site-based role involves partnering with site leaders and the national People team to deliver broad HR support across employee relations, performance, WHS and recruitment.

You will work autonomously on a hands-on basis while collaborating with a supportive HR function, in a quick-paced manufacturing context.
