Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Hybrid Community Role | Brisbane
$125,000 – $140,000 + Super + CPD (negotiable)| 6 Weeks Annual Leave | Flexible Work - open to PPT or FT

Many experienced paediatric therapists want more autonomy, sustainable caseloads and time to deliver thoughtful therapy.

Play-Based Paediatrics offers an workplace designed around those priorities.

Play-Based Paediatrics providespaediatric occupational therapy services across Brisbanefor children funded through theNDIS. Our therapists support children in the environments where they live, learn and play — homes, schools and community settings.

We intentionally maintain a small allied health team so clinicians receive strong professional support and families receive consistent, high-quality care.

We are now looking for an experiencedPaediatric Occupational Therapistto join the team and contribute to the continued development of our service.

Our Clinical Approach

Therapists at Play-Based Paediatrics have the autonomy and time to plan meaningful interventions, collaborate with families and work closely with other allied health professionals.

We prioritise quality of care, sustainable workloads and strong professional collaboration.

The Role

You will deliverpaediatric occupational therapyusing a play-based, family-centred and goal-focused approach.

The role includes:

- Mobile therapy across theBrisbaneregion
- Sessions in homes, schools and community settings
- Telehealth where appropriate
- Work-from-home time for documentation and planning

We maintainmanageable caseloadsso therapists can focus on quality therapy and meaningful outcomes for children and families.





Key Responsibilities

- Deliverpaediatric occupational therapyfor children funded through theNDIS
- Support families to achieve meaningful functional goals
- Provide therapy across home, school and community environments
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other allied health professionals
- Contribute ideas that strengthen therapy programs and services

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum4 years' experienceas an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working withpaediatric clients(NDIS experience preferred)
- Strong family engagement and goal-setting skills
- Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary work
- Full AHPRA registration
- Driver's licence

Salary / Pay Details

$120000 - $145000 (Commensurate with experience) (FT or PT conisdered) + super + CPD + 6 weeks annual leave
