About the Role: Our client is a global Technology & Cloud Infrastructure host in a Data Centre environment. We are looking for professional and high-performing security officers.

Due to continued growth, Securitas has an exciting opportunity for a SOC Operator to join our team, supporting a high-profile, secure corporate technology environment based in Truganina, VIC

Roster:



4 on 4 off rotational days only

Shift Timings - 0600 -1800

Location: Truganina, VIC

Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor SOC systems in line with site SOPs and client requirements.
- Monitor and manage CCTV, alarms, access control, and integrated security platforms.
- Identify, assess, and document security incidents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate responses with on-site teams and stakeholders as required.
- Maintain the safety and security of people, property, and sensitive information at all times.
- Deliver professional and consistent communication across all ASOC channels.
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate Securitas' core values in all interaction

Minimum Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

- Current and valid VIC Security Licence with Control Room Monitoring endorsement
- Baseline /NV1 clearance/ Australian citizen who are willing to obtain clearance
- Strong alignment with Securitas' values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail and incident reporting capability.
- Reliable, punctual,



and able to commit to rotating day and night shifts.
- Previous experience in an ASOC, SOC, or security control room environment is highly regarded.
- Experience with CCTV, alarm monitoring, and access control systems is desirable.
