- Located in the Oracle Precinct, Broadbeach
- 150-250 covers per service
- Multiple environments: private dining, bar, deck, and open kitchen counter

THE OPPORTUNITIES

SECTION WAITER - Full-Time & Casual Positions available

- Own your section across the full service - multiple covers, tight timing, no gaps in guest experience
- Guide guests through the menu with genuine knowledge across food and beverage
- Upsell naturally and confidently - food, wine, and premium menu items
- Communicate clearly with kitchen, pass, bar, and management throughout service
- Handle guest feedback and special requests with composure and ownership
- Maintain allergen, food safety, and RSA compliance without exception





What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years' section experience in a premium or high-volume venue
- Sound food and beverage knowledge
- Decisive under pressure, you solve problems without escalating everything
- Reliable, well-presented, and genuinely guest-focused
- Evenings and weekends essential

BARTENDER - Full-Time & Casual Positions available

- Run the bar across a full service - multiple orders, tight timing, no gaps in guest experience
- Execute our cocktail and beverage program with precision and consistency, to spec every time
- Bring genuine spirits, wine, and cocktail knowledge to every guest interaction
- Recommend and upsell naturally and confidently - cocktails, wine, and premium beverage
- Communicate clearly with floor, kitchen, and management throughout service
- Maintain stock, bar setup, and cleanliness to a premium standard
- Maintain RSA, allergen, and food safety compliance without exception

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years’ bar experience in a premium or high-volume venue
- Strong cocktail, spirits, and wine knowledge
- Fast, accurate, and composed under pressure
- Reliable, well-presented, and genuinely guest-focused
- Current RSA certification
- Evenings and weekends essential
