WESTERN TOYOTA at Guildford is one of Toyota's Leading Dealerships and part of the Suttons Family group of dealerships established in 1948.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Manager to join our Toyota dealership and take ownership of our used vehicle operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing high quality used vehicle stock while delivering strong commercial outcomes for the business.

About the Role

As Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for leading, building and maintaining a robust and profitable used vehicle division.

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll drive sales performance, maximise profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience through smart stock management, team leadership, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the buying and selling of used vehicles, ensuring profitability and efficiency

- Evaluate trade-ins and purchase vehicles

- Conduct market research to set competitive pricing and monitor industry trends

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service

- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets and implement effective sales strategies

- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock, turnover, and presentation

- Oversee vehicle preparation,



including pricing, advertising, and online listings

About You

- Proven success in used car sales with a strong automotive background

- Professional presentation and the ability to represent Toyota brand with pride

- Sharp negotiation skills

- Leadership that motivates, inspires, and drives team performance
