Responsibilities

- Assist the maintenance department with all hands‑on tasks
- Perform plumbing, carpentry, painting, gardening, and general maintenance duties
- Inspect rooms and grounds, and report faults promptly
- Report all maintenance issues as required
- Assist guests when required

Qualifications

- Competent in multi‑tasking and enjoy working in a dynamic and busy environment
- Maintain a professional manner that reflects the company positively
- Have a ‘can‑do’ attitude, eye for detail, and display enthusiasm at all times
- Previous experience within a hotel maintenance environment is preferable
- Ability to work unsupervised and an exceptional eye for detail are key requirements
- Required to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
