This highly reputable firm are seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Wills & Estates to join our established and highly regarded private client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer who enjoys working closely with clients, managing sophisticated estate planning matters and contributing to the growth of a well-established practice.
You will advise clients on a diverse range of matters, including:
- Estate planning, including complex wills and testamentary trusts
- Asset protection and succession planning
- Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives
- Probate and Letters of Administration
- Family provision and contested estate matters
- Trust and succession advice for individuals, families and business owners
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across property, commercial and dispute resolution to deliver holistic client outcomes
- Developing and maintaining referral relationships with accountants, financial advisers and other professional networks
- Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued success of the team
You will bring:
- At least 5 years' post-admission experience practising in Wills & Estates
- Strong technical expertise across estate planning and estate administration
- The ability to manage matters independently from instruction through to completion
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial, pragmatic approach to client service
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in mentoring others
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in estate litigation or advising business owners and high-net-worth clients will be highly regarded.
