About the position!

This is a career-defining opportunity for a highly experienced Family Lawyer to join the firm as a Senior Associate. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the family law division while working on a range of complex and high-value family law cases, including property settlements, parenting disputes,



financial agreements, and divorce matters.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll not only oversee your own caseload but also mentor and lead a talented team of family lawyers. You’ll work closely with the firm’s leadership to drive the success of the practice, contributing to its growth, strategy, and reputation.

This role is ideal for a family law expert who wants to combine hands‑on legal work with leadership, mentoring, and strategic influence.

Key Responsibilities!

- Lead and mentor a team of family lawyers, ensuring high performance and professional development
- Manage a complex caseload of family law matters, including high-net-worth property and parenting cases
- Provide strategic advice to clients and collaborate on innovative legal solutions
- Drive business growth and contribute to the firm’s strategic goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders

Key Requirements!

- 4-8+ years PAE in family law, with a proven track record of handling complex cases
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities within a legal team
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to practice growth
- Ability to achieve billable targets (5-7)
- A genuine passion for family law and achieving excellent outcomes for clients
- Admission as a solicitor in Australia
