Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement integrations between internal and external applications and services.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance platform capabilities, shared services, tooling, and automation frameworks.
- Build reusable engineering assets that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management processes.
- Enhance observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational tooling.
- Support cloud migration, modernization, and platform uplift initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to simplify technical solutions and improve system reliability.
- Apply security-by-design principles across platform and integration solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering best-practice initiatives.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Software Engineering

- Robust commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production environments.




- Hands-on expertise with Git and GitHub, including pull requests, branching strategies, and code review processes.
- Experience developing, deploying, and supporting cloud-native applications and services.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, testing practices, and maintainable code design.
- Security-first mindset with practical experience implementing secure development practices.

Platform & Integration

- Proven experience designing and implementing system-to-system integrations.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous messaging patterns.
- Experience with API gateways, service orchestration, and integration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation tooling, and cloud provisioning practices.
- Experience with observability platforms, monitoring, logging, and operational support.
