About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the showroom by supporting the Store Manager and leading the team from the front.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Supporting inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Driving promotional activities and sales initiatives
- Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the store
- Building strong relationships with customers and the local community
About You
You'll be a passionate retail leader who enjoys developing people and achieving results.
You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a retail leadership role, such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A commercial mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Confidence managing stock, merchandising, and daily store operations
- An interest in furniture, homewares, or interior styling will be highly regarded
