A well-established Perth organisation is seeking an experienced Change Lead to support a significant program of technology-enabled transformation.

Working within a small planning and change function, you will take ownership of change and adoption activities across several high-profile initiatives involving new enterprise platforms, digital tools and evolving ways of working.

This is a blended role suited to someone who can develop the overarching change approach while remaining hands‑on across impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and adoption.

You will also contribute to the continued development of the organisation's internal change capability, introducing practical approaches and coaching others to support its broader strategic agenda.

The position is offered as a two-year, salaried fixed-term contract.

Your role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the design and delivery of change management and adoption plans
- Developing change strategies aligned with project milestones and implementation schedules
- Conducting detailed impact assessments across processes, workflows, roles and stakeholder groups
- Engaging with stakeholders to build understanding, commitment and ownership
- Identifying resistance, readiness risks and barriers to adoption
- Developing targeted communications for different audiences
- Identifying training requirements and supporting learning activities
- Assessing organisational and user readiness ahead of implementation
- Defining and monitoring adoption, proficiency and readiness measures
- Facilitating cross-functional stakeholder forums and change activities
- Working closely with project and delivery teams to align technical implementation with business readiness
- Supporting leadership alignment around priorities, timing and key messages
- Coaching others and building internal change management capability




- Contributing practical ideas and frameworks to help mature the change function

About you

You are an experienced Change Lead or Change Manager who can operate strategically while remaining close to delivery.

You will ideally bring:

- Demonstrated experience leading change across technology implementations
- Experience supporting the implementation or adoption of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, would be beneficial
- Exposure to AI adoption, automation or other emerging technologies would be highly regarded
- Robust capability across change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness
- The ability to lead through influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Experience guiding teams through technology, organisational and cultural change
- Strong facilitation, communication and business writing skills
- Experience defining and measuring user adoption and change performance
- Knowledge of recognised change management frameworks and methodologies
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience
- Change management, Agile, Lean or project management certification would be highly regarded
- Familiarity with contemporary project, collaboration and documentation tools

You will be naturally curious, solutions-focused and comfortable operating in an evolving environment. A practical approach, emotional intelligence and the ability to build trusted relationships across an organisation will be important.
