Our clinics within Southern Tasmania are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. This is a Permanent Full-Time position working rotating shifts between the core hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm . The locations include Calvary Hospital, Kingston, Rosny and Hobart Private Hospital .

Key accountabilities include:

- Driving the delivery of high-quality reception services
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining robust working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

Key selection criteria:

- Previous medical receptionist background (Ideal but not necessary) or customer service background
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn




- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Current Drivers licence
