Join our dynamic, integrated agency group in the heart of Sydney CBD. Metropolis is a marketing consultancy for the property industry. As our Account Coordinator , you'll be an integral part of our Client Service team, supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns while learning from experienced Account Managers and Directors. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on agency experience and build the foundations for a successful career in account management.

We're looking for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is highly organised, eager to learn and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

A typical week includes:

- Coordinating projects, timelines and day-to-day account administration across multiple client accounts.
- Preparing meeting agendas, WIP documents, status reports and coordinating team meetings.
- Setting up and maintaining jobs in Asana and Streamtime, ensuring tasks, timelines and owners are always up to date.
- Supporting Account Managers and Account Directors to coordinate creative briefings and campaign delivery.
- Proofreading client-facing work to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand compliance.




- Monitoring project timelines and proactively flagging risks or delays.
- Maintaining organised project documentation and supporting monthly finance administration.

Our ideal person:

- Has recently completed (or is completing) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- Is looking for their first agency role or has some internship or industry experience.
- Has exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Communicates confidently and enjoys working with people.
- Is proficient in Microsoft 365 and Canva.
- Is proactive, collaborative and genuinely excited to build a career in marketing and account management.
