Monday to Friday | 8:30am 4:30pm

About The Role

WorkPac is currently seeking a professional and organised Customer Service & Scheduling Administrator to join a busy office team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service with scheduling and coordination duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming customer enquiries, coordinating daily plumbing schedules, maintaining accurate job records, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer phone calls and respond to email enquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate daily plumbing call-outs.
- Liaise with plumbers and drivers to manage daily work schedules.
- Prioritise urgent and emergency service requests.
- Provide customers with booking confirmations and estimated arrival times.




- Process work orders and maintain accurate job records.
- Provide general administrative support to the office team.

Skills & Experience Required

- Current Driver's Licence Essential.
- Previous experience in an administration, scheduling, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, including answering phone calls while entering work orders.
- Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Full working rights in Australia.
