Senior / Solution Architects | Tier-1 Enterprise Transformation

- Location: Brisbane CBD, QLD (Hybrid / FIFO — 5 days in office per fortnight)
- Daily Rate: $1,1500 – $1,450 / day (inc. Super) - depending on scope
- Contract Term: Initial 12-Month Contract, with potential +12 months extension
- Engagement: Full-time Contract

About the Program

A major insurance organisation in Queensland is embarking on a multi-year enterprise transformation.

This flagship initiative involves replacing legacy platforms with a modern, Tier-1 Enterprise Insurance System across Claims, Policy Administration, and Billing Management.

We are seeking two high-caliber Solution Architects with hands-on, practitioner-level experience in core enterprise insurance platforms.

1. Senior Solution Architect (Transformation & Ecosystem / 2iC)

- Rate: $1,300 – $1,450 / day (inc. Super)
- The Role: Acting as the 2iC / right-hand to the Architecture Lead , you will serve as the architectural authority across the Core Delivery Squad. You will lead team-oriented design workshops, drive stakeholder alignment across squads, and govern end-to-end ecosystem integrations across Policy, Claims, and Billing.

2. Solution Architect (Platform Support & Extensions)

- Rate: $1,150 – $1,300 / day (inc. Super)
- The Role: Partnering closely with the Senior Architect and internal team, you will focus on "turning the platform on",



establishing security posture, logging, and connected data models. You will design custom platform extensions while minimsing technical debt.

What We Are Looking For

- Hands-On Core Insurance Platform Experience: Deep, practitioner-level experience designing, configuring, or extending Tier-1 enterprise insurance platforms (Policy, Claims, or Billing modules).
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record within BFSI, General Insurance, Workers' Compensation, or Statutory Insurers.
- Technical Depth: Hands-on familiarity with cloud environments (AWS), C4 architecture blueprinting, integration patterns, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Governance: Ability to engage effectively with Program Managers, guide partner engineering teams, and maintain strict quality standards.
