About The Role

As a Senior Educator in our Toddler Room at Goodstart Pullenvale, you'll take ownership of your learning environment and lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences that support children's growth, development, and wellbeing.

Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader, you'll mentor educators, support best practice, and create engaging learning environments that nurture toddlers during one of the most important stages of their development.

In This Role, You'll

- Lead and support a team of Educators within the Toddler Room
- Create meaningful, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Support children's learning, communication, confidence, and independence
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Drive continuous improvement and quality educational outcomes
- Foster protected, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments

What you'll bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform
- Passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality outcomes for children
