Cleverain is partnering with a large and progressive regional organisation based in the beautiful Northern Rivers of NSW to recruit a Finance Business Partner who will play a key role in supporting executive and operational leaders across a diverse infrastructure and community services portfolio.
This is a highly visible position where you'll work alongside senior decision-makers, providing trusted financial advice that helps shape long-term investment, service delivery and organisational performance.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial and strategic financial advice.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
- Develop business cases,
financial models and investment analysis to support key initiatives.
- Translate complex financial information into practical insights that drive better decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, processes and business outcomes.
- Contribute to long-term planning across a diverse operational portfolio.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders and influencing decisions through strong commercial and financial insight.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience as a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Analyst or similar.
- Robust budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance financial outcomes and operational priorities.
- CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion).
