What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting Business Development Managers and Account Managers with loan applications from OnDeck’s broker network
- Managing applications from submission through to settlement stage
- Working closely with brokers, customers, credit and underwriting teams to progress deals efficiently
- Following up on leads and maintaining an active daily pipeline
- Collecting and reviewing supporting documentation required for funding
- Keeping brokers and customers updated throughout the application process
- Assessing deals, identifying potential risks or issues, and helping structure solutions to get deals across the line
- Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
- Maintaining accurate information within Salesforce CRM
- Providing outstanding customer service and relationship management
- Smashing daily, weekly and monthly KPIs in a high performing team environment





To Be Successful You:

- Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting or similar)
- Must have full Australian working rights
- Previous sales, customer service, call centre or financial services experience highly regarded
- Have robust communication and relationship building skills
- Bring positive energy, resilience and a genuine desire to succeed
- Are commercially minded and enjoy problem solving
- Thrive in a target driven, fast paced environment
- Have strong attention to detail and accountability
- Are eager to learn and build a long-term career within financial services
- Suitable for graduates looking to launch their career in a growing fintech environment
