We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading residential developer builder delivering high-quality mixed-use and Class 2 residential developments across Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of landmark projects. You will take ownership of projects from design through to completion, leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery across programme, budget, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the successful delivery of mixed-use and Class 2 residential developments from pre-construction through to completion
- Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement, and commercial outcomes
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and internal delivery teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key project stakeholders
- Drive quality, safety, and programme performance throughout the construction lifecycle
- Identify and manage project risks while implementing effective delivery strategies
- Oversee contract administration, financial reporting, forecasting, and project documentation
- Mentor and lead site-based teams to achieve successful project outcomes





Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering residential or mixed-use developments valued at $100M+
- Robust understanding of construction methodology, contracts, procurement, and project delivery
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage programme, budget, quality, and commercial performance
- Experience working for a Tier 2 builder or developer builder will be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
