IRT is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn complex data into meaningful insights that improve the lives of residents, clients and care teams. You will deliver trusted business intelligence and analytics, partner with stakeholders across the organisation, and help drive a data-informed culture.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor analysts and develop scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL and dbt, while promoting data quality and governance across analytics.
