- AUD: Up to $132,567 p.a. (Base salary $87,189 - $116,189 p.a. + 12.75% super, 17.5% leave loading)

What you’ll do:
- Provide evidence-based clinical services including detailed medication reconciliation, inpatient chart reviews, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
- Participate in consultant ward rounds and work cooperatively within a comprehensive multidisciplinary team.
- Utilize the SHPA ClinCAT framework for objective practice evaluation and structured clinical progression.
- Access dedicated Professional Development Leave and financial allowances to support post-graduate education.
- Provide foundational clinical education and operational supervision to students and pharmacy assistants.
