Job Title

FM Operations, Systems and Data Lead

Responsibilities

- Management of CAMS long term lifecycle, asset and Financial Assessments
- Support Site Leaders with CMMS Asset and Performance Data
- Assist in the implementation of new TAM performance management systems.
- Supporting the training and retraining of existing TAM management systems
- Work with the Pacific Asset & Delivery Manager to maintain a National Asset Database and improve operational processes and/or respond to operational issues as required

Qualifications

- Proven background in Data Management within Facility Management is preferred, but relevant industries considered
- A proven track record of delivery and success in the areas of problem solving and process change / improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a customer driven functional engineering capacity
- Advanced Excel and Power BI is essential
- Ability to learn new systems and platforms
