A great opportunity exists to join our team in a support role. You will be assisting 2 property managers in the day to day role of property management. preferably you will have a current property managers licence and some experience in the industry.

- Well presented and have excellent communication skills

What we would like

A current West Australian property managers certificate preferred.

- Havea positive working knowledge of theReal Estate and Business Agents Act 1978and the accompanying regulations, theResidential Tenancies Act 1987and the REIWARules of Practice and Code of Conduct.

Ability to use the Property Tree management system preferred,

Experience with inspection manager, inspect real estate and Eagle, would be advantageous.
