We're Looking for a Business Manager to Help Lead Our Next Chapter of Growth

Bowhill Engineering is entering an exciting new stage of growth, and we're looking for an experienced and people-focused Business Manager to help lead the business through its next chapter.

This is a unique leadership opportunity within a growing engineering and manufacturing business, helping strengthen our systems, support our people, and build the structure required to grow from approximately 60 employees to 90+ and beyond.

Working closely with the CEO, senior leaders and support teams, you will provide leadership, coordination and accountability across HR, Administration, WHSE and Finance. This role is not about doing everything yourself. It is about leading people, strengthening accountability, improving processes and ensuring the business operates efficiently while maintaining the practical, down-to-earth culture that makes Bowhill Engineering a great place to work.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Demonstrated experience in a senior business, operations, administration, HR, finance or management role
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, reporting and business performance




- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coordinate teams and drive accountability
- Experience implementing and improving systems, processes and business initiatives
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and business management systems
- Qualification in Business, Management, HR, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline (desirable)
