The Role
As the Melbourne team continues to grow, they're looking for a Quantitative Research Consultant with 2+ years' agency experience. Working alongside some of the industry's most respected researchers, you'll deliver end-to-end research programmes, helping clients answer critical business questions through robust research design, insightful analysis and compelling storytelling.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the development of proposals in response to client briefs.
- Designing questionnaires and contributing to quantitative research methodologies.
- Coordinating fieldwork, sampling and data quality.
- Analysing data to uncover meaningful commercial insights.
- Developing engaging reports and helping present findings to clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Collaborating with qualitative researchers,
strategists and data specialists on integrated research programmes.
- Contributing to thought leadership initiatives and the continued success of the team.
About you:
- 2+ years' agency-side quantitative market research experience.
- Confident managing projects from proposal through to debrief.
- Strong quantitative research design, analytical and storytelling skills.
- Experience with Q, SPSS, Displayr or similar statistical software is advantageous.
- An engaging communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Naturally curious, team-oriented and driven by understanding consumers and solving commercial problems.
