Clinical Nurse 4 th Generation Clinics -Permanent Part Time Position – SALHN

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing and/or midwifery services, promote continuity of care, support practice improvements, and mentor less experienced staff while continuing to develop your own professional capabilities. Working closely with the NUM/ANUM and multidisciplinary teams, you will demonstrate strong clinical leadership and contribute to a culture of safe, effective, and person-centred care. About you:

- Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience




- Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision
- Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within the clinical setting
