Hiring: Senior AI Engineer & AI Architect | Adelaide | Defence AI

I'm working with an innovative Adelaide-based technology company building advanced AI capabilities into a large-scale enterprise platform. They're looking for experienced AI professionals with strong software engineering backgrounds to join the team.

- 5+ years in commercial AI/ML (8+ preferred)
- Strong Java software engineering background
- Experience with GenAI/LLMs and AI model integration
- Mentor junior engineers and deliver production-ready AI solutions
- 10+ years in software engineering/AI
- Experience designing and deploying Generative AI & Agentic AI solutions
- Strong background in system architecture, cloud (AWS/GCP) and enterprise software
- Technical leadership, architecture, mentoring and AI strategy
- Australian Citizen (NV1 Defence Clearance eligibility)
- Solid commercial AI experience
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals
- Experience delivering AI solutions into production

Location: Adelaide (Fully Onsite)

Work Arrangement: Onsite, with occasional flexibility of up to 1 WFH day per week.

Remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered.
